They can be used for multiple purposes, while quickly charging lithium batteries in digital terminals such as smart phones, tablets, smart watches and laptops. With the design of the third generation semiconductor power device (gallium nitride D/E-mode HEMT), the size is small and the temperature will not be hot during use. For fast charging chargers on the market, the commonly used AC/DC power conversion topologies are Flyback and LLC. Flyback topologies are common in designs with relatively low power, while LLC topologies are common in designs with high power and high requirements for AC/DC power conversion efficiency. Because the BOM is relatively simple compared to the LLC topology, ACF-Flyback topologies are also beginning to be adopted by medium/low power designs, especially designs that use high-voltage gallium nitride HEMTs in the primary.
