Laboratory capacity
The company's laboratory test center provides a variety of reliability tests, including environmental reliability tests, board-level reliability tests, service life reliability tests and a full range of failure analysis services.
The company's laboratory has obtained the laboratory accreditation certificate (CNAS certification) from the China National Accreditation Board for Conformity Assessment.
At present, there are 50 staff members, including 5 management personnel, 45 testing personnel, 4 signature authorized personnel, 2 intermediate professional titles, 6 assistant professional titles and 21 undergraduate degree personnel. Laboratory covers an area of 2000 square meters, Nantong 1200 square meters, Qidong 800 square meters. Issued and implemented the laboratory management system, and obtained the CNAS laboratory accreditation certificate (L13169). The laboratory has nearly 170 sets of various types of equipment, and can carry out more than 20 reliability test projects, more than 10 surge overvoltage detection projects, more than 10 failure analysis projects and characteristic tests. There is a long-term cooperative relationship with the Institute of Microelectronics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Western Power, China Car and other units.
